About Roy
Roy Lessin has dedicated his life to ministering to God's people. He believes that the most important things are the things that last forever, and that the things that last forever can never be shared enough. Over the last 50+ years, he has written more than 70 devotional and gift books that build up burdened hearts with God's encouragement, bind up broken hearts with God's comfort, and stir up heavy hearts with God's hope.
In 1971, Roy, along with 3 other Christian men, started a Christian publishing company that grew into DaySpring Cards--a global leader in Christian cards, gifts, and inspirational products. While at DaySpring he wrote hundreds of greeting cards that brought encouragement, hope, and comfort to people around the world. He also served in various editorial, creative, and pastoral roles.
