For Your Information set apart was proud to be on the planning committee for inaugural celebration of The Art Event at KCC. We were responsible for artistic direction as well as promotional materials for the event. Hand-lettering and letterpress designs by set apartist and inscription designer, Calvert Guthrie.

For Artists A standard 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth is $100. Fee includes an 8 ft. tall tri-fold display for your work as well as meals during set-up times and show hours. Proceeds are split as follows: 70% of each sale goes to the artist and the remaining 30% will be a tax deductible donation to Kansas City Christian School. The Art Event at KCC is a juried show. For the Public Nearly 30 artists will be selling their original works of art at The Art Event. There will be wide range of media for sale including paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, mixed-media and more. learn more |

For Charity The Art Event is partnering with four charities in the Kansas City area for 2012: Freedom Fire Urban Ministries, Global Orphan Project, Kansas City House of Hope, and set apart. Each organization will have a booth full of ministry-related artwork, with a portion of sales going directly to the respective ministry. learn more |

For Fun! Experience live music from Red Tree and delectables from Unforked and CoffeeCakeKC at the Opening Night Party on Friday evening. On Saturday, parents can enjoy kid-free browsing after they drop their children off at the Creation Station where they will put their imagination to work with other artists!
