4-Part Teaching Series
We have developed a 4-part teaching series to share what God has shown us about living a life set apart. Through a unique combination of scripture and personal stories, this series teaches that God made us for a holy purpose, and we need to believe it AND be living it. We discuss our personal identity in Jesus Christ and how that relates to finding our place and fulfilling our purpose in His story. We also introduce the Believe-Act-Follow model, which is used for establishing and evaluating our personal faith trajectory.
We can come to you or you can come to us. Schedule a time for us to teach!

12-Week Discipleship Study
The 12-week discipleship study is designed as a follow-up to the 4-part teaching series on living a life set apart. Meant for smaller groups of people, the study goes deeper into the Believe-Act-Follow model presented in the 4-part series and includes practical application through weekly assignments.
Brent has spoken for the Navigators Workplace Mission several times over the past couple years. His message of being set apart for a specific purpose brings a fresh perspective to understanding your personal calling in life. His compelling presentation engages the listener to record their personal God stories that intersect their life journey to discover God’s calling on their life. I would highly endorse and recommend Brent as the next speaker for your group. --David Woodell: City Director, The Navigators
Your teaching is clear, concise, interesting and well thought out. Your graphics are sensational, too! Your overall presentation has been great. --Brad G.
All 4 teachings go in an order that makes it important not to miss one. Each one ties into the other. These 4 teaching sessions helped me understand how God has been trying to talk to me. It has given me more tools to help me understand my purpose. --Monte C.
Q: If you were to explain the message of the 4-part teaching series to someone else, what would you say?
A: The 4-part teaching series gives you a good frame work to understand that God truly has a specific plan for your life. As we believe, act and follow that plan, God will provide the way. He has designed our temple (body, soul, spirit) as key elements for awareness in relation to self, to the world and to Him to fully carry out His will. --Michael D
A: As a Christian...and a follower of Christ...we have a story to share. As we walk in His love and we grow in His grace, we will experience the Holy Spirit at work in our lives every day. If we take the time to journal our Christian experience, we will become aware of all the many times and all the many ways the Lord is with us...guiding us...teaching us...protecting us...and loving us...and we will be sharing these stories with future generations. --Brent H.
A: Being set apart to fulfill His perfect purposes for your life, for your good, and for His glory! --Gary A.
Q: What is the value this series/discipleship group brought to you personally?
A: The discipleship group really helps you to zero in on God’s plan by focusing in on how He has made you. It helps to really define what your physical, emotional and spiritual attributes are and how God wants to use all of those together to do what He has called you to do. In short, it puts together a successful blueprint for living your life for God’s purpose. --Michael D
A: I can’t begin to stress the value it has brought to me personally. It’s priceless. It has opened my mind and soul and enabled me to re-focus myself to listen to God. It started a new course to my life’s purpose. --Monte C.
Q: How has your walk with Jesus been different since going through the 4 part series/discipleship group?
A: I always knew God was calling me and talking to me throughout my life. There have been moments that have hit me in a way I knew it was the Almighty trying to tell me something. Before going through this teaching, I didn’t really know what to make of those moments, and I just passed them off as coincidences. After experiencing these sessions and the discipleship study, I was able to see those past moments in my life when God was calling me or communicating to me. This allowed me to put those moments together and re-focus on those moments as a whole, which has ultimately helped me better understand my calling. These moments are all beginning to make sense, and now I feel better prepared to understand the present and future moments in which He might be calling me. I am listening more now. By doing this, it has put me much more at ease with my life and life’s journeys. --Monte C.
A: I have become more aware of His favor and leading my life! --Gary A.
Q: Did this series bring you closer to God. If so, how?
A: I know through much of what you spoke about that I was living a life of unearned freedom and that I saw the resulting chaos. As God has brought me closer to Him daily, I can look back and see with clarity what He has done for me. The Mercy and Grace He has given to me is unearned. Christ did it all and all I can feel is deep gratitude. The general theme of “Set Apart,” which was always referenced in the series, speaks to me of deep love from the Father, the protection and resources of the Father and lastly the plans of the Father for me is specific and for all of His children. --Brad G.
